Coffee, Music, Friends

Welcome to Barclays Coffee & Tea.

The night is Friday September 30th and music is alive and well in Northridge, CA. Since moving down to CSUN I've been looking for this kind of a place. Every town has one. Its the coffee shop you love, that lets local musicians come play on a Friday or Saturday night. The coffee is original not just another link in a corporate coffe mega-chain.

Of course, the real reason we came is for the talent. I didn't really know 4 white guys go be soooo good at Jazz!

Ryan Whyman heads up the group on piano with his own original songs.

Andres Salazar brings the beat on Drums.

Tanner Dawson takes us to some new heights on the Sax.

Tommy Hodul keeps things bouncing and funky on the Bass.

Check out some of their songs:

You can also find Ryan's Music on Myspace @ http://www.myspace.com/ryanwhyman
